I hate this blog

It’s slow, it never loads, and I hate it. I hate it and it sucks. Seriously, by the time it loads, whatever I’ve had to say has left my mind, I’ve forgotten whatever meaningful things I could pleasure you with. Five minutes till new year. What’s the big deal? Why celebrate a new year? It’s just the same as any other new fucking thing. Why isn’t there giant celebrations at the end of every month? The end of every week, every day, every hour? Seriously, what is the fucking point? It’s just fucking pointless.

And this is the end of my ranting. For now. I’m going to go to bed and sleep.

MX Tabs

So MX Tabs is gone. That sucks, I got all of my tabs from there, now I’m having to scour the net for decent tabs, but they’re all terrible and inaccurate, especially compared to the ones offered by the users of MX Tabs. Bah, that sucks. :(

In other news, I’m really really ill, but I’m kinda better now.

In more other news, I’m going to have to buy a new DVD drive for my PC because this one’s jammed open. So I’ll get that on Monday when I go to work, they’re only £35 in the shop across the road from the shop I work in. :D

English Exam of Doom

Bah! The English exam was pathetic. It was so easy that I think I failed. It’s not even worth discussing….

Then I went to see Doom. I was a few hours early, so I popped in to Gamestation and played the Xbox 360. I’m speechless. It’s beautiful. The graphic detail is amazing. I played Call of Duty 2, and this may sound weird, but I love the smoke grenades probably more than any other aspect of the game. The detail in the smoke is astonishing. Absolutely unbelievable. So I’m getting a 360 in January. :)

Then I went to the cinema to see Doom. The cinema was absolutely deserted. It was just me, one of my mates and some weird random guy. There was no-one else in the cinema apart from the staff. And no, I don’t mean that there was no-one else there to see Doom, I mean that there was no-one else in the cinema.

The movie was amazing. When it went in to first person, I was amazed. It was absolutely immense. And the movie’s scenery stuck unbelievably closely to Doom 3. Everything was almost exactly the same, with a few minor scenery changes for filming purposes. The special effects had me at a loss for words at some bits, but sometimes they were almost deliberately cheesey.

Anyway, I have a physics exam tomorrow and I’m too lazy to post anything else, so I’ll post something else tomorrow. Maybe.

Payday

I got paid today. £60. Works out at around £4 an hour or something like that. So I’m happy. :D
So with that money, I intend to squander it all on completely meaningless items on the run up to Christmas. Oh, and I’m going to go to the cinema tomorrow to see Doom after my English exam. Hooray for English exams….
Note the exitement.

In other news, a guy that I work with kept dropping subtle hints at me that he wanted me to play bass in his band by saying things like,

“So you’re a bassist eh? Yeah, my band needs a new bassist…”

Then eventually he came right out and said it. Which was nice. :)

Anyway, I have an english exam tomorrow, so I better start relaxing and unwinding infront of the TV otherwise I might fail it. Bai! :D

Films

I watched Green Street last night. I gotta say, even though I don’t like football, it was a really good film. Amazing ending. Not one of those stupid happy-clappy feel good endings. I watched Saw last night too. Again, a really good ending. Quite a good film too. Better than Creep, that’s for sure. Creep is by far the worst movie I have ever seen in my life. I can’t believe I actually bought it. So I might watch Saw 2 some time soon.

I’m going to go see Doom on Monday after my English exam with a couple of friends. Doom is a movie based on the ever-popular Doom series of games which if you haven’t heard of, you really need to get a life. Or, lose one, which would probably be more appropriate. I’ve seen trailers for it and it looks really good. So I’ll let you all know what it’s like.

Serenity is another movie that I want to see, so I might go see that some time soon.

Anyway, thats enough of my pointless ranting. Goodbai! :D
